ISO (International Organization for Standardization) has been the standard practice for organizations around the globe and TSA Group is aware about the significance of ISO standards. Thus, TSA Group is ready and well-prepared to move toward to ISO 9001:2000, the quality management system.
We are now in the progress of implementing the ISO 9001:2000 that provides a guide for establishing, improving and maintaining an effective management system for organization / manufacturer like us, especially in the areas of management, document and data control, corrective & preventive action and internal auditing.
The basic requirements in ISO 9001 include:-
- A set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
- Monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
- Keeping adequate records;
- Checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
- Regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
- Facilitating continual improvement.
Our main objectives in implementing ISO 9001:2000 standards are:-
- To demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements; and
- Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
