TSA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD ACHIEVES ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION
TSA Industries Sdn Bhd has gained ISO 9001: 2000 certifications for its quality management systems in August 04, 2008. Achieving such world class recognition, we further demonstrates commitment to a consistent level of quality recognized under International standards. Moreover, TSA is committed in faithfully adhering to the ISO 9001:2000 standards and other requirements, and working continuously to improve product quality.
Our main objectives in implementing ISO 9001:2000 standards are:-
- To demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements; and
- Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
In future, we will continue to strive as well as to make every effort in improvising through activities such as management reviews and internal quality audits. We will continue to provide our customers with quality that will truly satisfy them.
